In-stock orders will ship within 3-5 business days.
Out-of-stock orders will ship within 2-6 weeks.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Why have I been charged additional shipping after I already paid for my order?
If you ordered multiple books (3+), additional shipping fees may apply if the package size &/or weight exceeds the initial estimate. (This is usually no more than $5.)
If you order multiple signed books, I will do my best to ship them simultaneously in the same package. However, if you request partial fulfillment [meaning, for example, you ordered 5 books but only 3 are in-stock, and you want the 3 in-stock books shipped before the remaining 2 arrive], you will receive more than one package and thusly incur additional shipping fees than originally invoiced.
Can I receive a refund?
I do not accept refunds at this time. (Exceptions include accidental double-ebook-preorders or ebook preorders with incorrect email addresses. Please contact me here if you need assistance with an ebook preorder.)
My book arrived damaged or never arrived at all. What can I do?
Contact me here regarding next steps. For replacement books, I will need proof of purchase, proof of item receipt, pictures/proof of damage, and possibly a claim number with the shipping courier.
